Fonctionnement
Vials are fed by a bottle feeder onto an indexing dial. Rubber stoppers are vibration-fed from a hopper to the stoppering station, where rotary-tracking pickup arms with synchronous rotation lower stoppers into the vials with progressive vertical entry. A no-bottle-no-stopper micro-cylinder gate blocks the stopper channel when no bottle is present. Stoppered vials advance to the capping station: aluminum caps are fed from a vibrating bowl and conveyor onto the bottle, then a single-knife continuous flexible roller (with three-stage micro-adjustment) rotates around the stationary bottle, evenly rolling the cap onto the vial neck. The drop-cap and roller-cap mechanism has a height adjustment device, supporting jog/manual modes for setup.
