Fonctionnement
Roll film is unwound, buffered (with optional in-line printing), formed over a tube into a bag shape, bottom-formed, bottom-sealed and vertically sealed. After offset adjustment, color-mark detection, optional edge trimming, and servo film pull, the film is cut into individual bags. Bags are separated to the centre, opened, filled by two tablet counters (Filling Station I and II), and top-sealed. A servo carriage transfers finished bags to discharge. The dual-output design doubles throughput using two fill stations simultaneously.
