Fonctionnement
Powder raw materials and binder are fully mixed at the bottom of the horizontal cylinder to form a moist soft mass, then cut at high speed by a star-shaped chopper blade into uniform granules. Each batch: 2 min dry mixing + 1–4 min granulation — 4–5× more efficient than traditional processes.
