Fonctionnement
Powder raw materials and binder are fully mixed at the bottom of the horizontal cylinder to form a moist soft mass, then cut at high speed by a chopper blade into uniform granules. The mixing motor and gearbox are integrated in a direct-drive arrangement; both mixing and chopping speeds are inverter-controlled. A translation cover-opening mechanism and inflatable shaft seal (switchable to water for CIP) ensure containment.
