Fonctionnement

Powder materials and binder are mixed into a humid soft mass by the bottom mixing impeller inside the horizontal cylindrical vessel, then cut into uniform wet granules by the side-mounted high-speed chopper blade. The liftable mixing blade (actuated by cylinder) and the very small impeller-to-vessel-bottom gap (0.5×1.5 mm) minimize material accumulation and facilitate thorough cleaning.
