During operation, as the mixing drum performs multi-directional movement, it accelerates the flow and diffusion of various materials, while avoiding the specific gravity segregation and accumulation phenomenon caused by centrifugal action in general mixers, thereby achieving excellent mixing efficiency. The machine uses a unique triangular swing, translational rotation, and rocking principle to produce a strong alternating pulse motion that continuously drives material mixing. The generated vortex has a varying energy gradient, producing outstanding mixing effects even for materials with different specific gravities and particle sizes.

Nettoyage et entretien

Pre-production: wipe outer surface with clean wet towel; wipe inside machine with wet towel; wipe material drum with clean towel then with 75% industrial alcohol. Post-shift: wipe inside and outside with clean wet towel; wipe material drum with clean towel then with 75% industrial alcohol. After use, remove rotating drum for cleaning; clear residual powder from drum; reassemble and prepare for next use. If out of service long-term, coat metal surfaces with rust-proof oil and cover machine with cloth.
