Fonctionnement
Bottles enter on a stainless steel and aluminium-alloy conveyor and are individually positioned by separator/guide units. Sleeve label film is fed via a XINJE servo-motor-driven traction unit with SICK label sensors controlling feed accuracy. A diamond/aluminium-alloy/rubber-coated knife disc cuts sleeves to length; a stainless steel and POM centre post guides sleeves onto bottles. Sleeved bottles pass through a steam shrink tunnel (24/36 kW steam generator) for label contraction. A Panasonic PLC with WEINVIEW HMI provides overall control and monitoring.
