Fonctionnement
Vials enter via a screw infeed and conveyor with adjustable speed. At each detection station the bottle is rotated to high speed, then suddenly braked; the liquid (and any foreign body) continues to rotate by inertia while a Basler industrial camera captures ~75 sequential images. Image-processing software analyzes color, shape and trajectory continuity in time/space to identify foreign matter. Reflected and back (non-reflected) lighting modes target glass/white blocks vs color points/black blocks/fibers/hair. A fourth station also inspects capping/seal quality with dynamic vial positioning. Qualified bottles route via the qualified starwheel; rejects route via the rejection starwheel.
