Preheated molds enter the mold heating station; heated chocolate is deposited into molds via a servo-driven depositor (with vibrating system for uniform filling and bubble removal); filled molds are conveyed through a vertical cooling tunnel (chilled by 2×3 HP chillers) until solidified; finished pieces are demolded onto a demold belt.
