Fonctionnement
Cocurrent (parallel-flow) open-circuit air system with negative tower pressure 500–1,000 Pa. Feed liquid is pumped by the screw pump to the top-mounted VFD-controlled centrifugal atomiser; hot air (250–300 °C inlet, 80 °C outlet) from the customer-supplied gas furnace enters the tower co-directionally with the atomised spray. Dried solids fall to the cone bottom; primary and secondary CLT-Phi 1100 long-cone cyclones separate product; rotary airlock (TGFY-2.8L, 0.75 kW) discharges product. The 37 kW induced-draft fan and Phi 400 chimney exhaust clean air. Pneumatic ZC-60 knockers (5 on cone, 2 on cyclones) prevent buildup.
