Fonctionnement

Liquid is fed by GF30-1 screw pump (2.2 kW) to a top-mounted high-speed centrifugal atomiser (XH-500, 15,000–18,000 rpm) which disperses the feed as fine droplets into the drying chamber. Hot air (steam-heated, 160–180 °C inlet) flows downward in parallel, evaporating 95–98% of the water in seconds. Dried particles fall to the cone bottom for primary discharge; fines are recovered by primary (Phi 1200) and secondary (Phi 900) cyclones plus a pulse-jet baghouse before clean air is exhausted by the 9-26-30 kW exhaust fan.
