Fonctionnement

Bottles fed by elevator into the hopper; the rotating turntable orients them upright; a photoelectric sensor in the turntable area stops the elevator when bottles are present and starts it when empty; a downstream full-bottle sensor stops the main unit when the outfeed conveyor is full and restarts it when empty; a torque limiter on the turntable drive shaft triggers an alarm and stops the main unit on jam — operator manually clears the fault and restarts.
