Fonctionnement

Bottles are fed into the 304 stainless steel hopper; the variable-speed rotating sorting plate orients them upright; the auto reverse-bottle mechanism and collector increase efficiency; an air-blow device at the exit pushes any mouth-down bottles back to the plate; the exit photoelectric switch detects downstream jam or starvation and automatically stops/starts the plate accordingly; overload protection and quantity-control devices are fitted; noise level below 70 dB.
