Fonctionnement
Compact vertical packaging machine driven pneumatically. A horizontal screw auger doses powder; an electronic scale verifies the dose for 10-1000 g fills. Stepper motors drive the film-pull and the bag former; a self-weight motorised paper-pressing structure pulls film accurately so bag length can be set without changing parts. A photo-eye reads color marks for full-pattern registration. The film is shaped over a former, longitudinally heat-sealed by an embedded enhanced jaw with smart PID temperature control, then transversely sealed and cut by interchangeable cutters (straight, knurled, gusseted-strip). Mitsubishi PLC + Xinje display run the recipe-based control logic; Yuyao Keyang temperature controller manages the seal temperature.
