Fonctionnement

Vertical form-fill-seal machine. Servo motor (Siemens) drives the film over a former, shaping it into a tube around a vertical fill tube; longitudinal heat-seal cylinder welds the back. A 4-head linear weigher (3000 mL hoppers, 20-2000 g, ±1-3 g, 10-50 bags/min, 304 SS, 20-program memory, 800 W, 220 V) sits above the fill tube and drops product down. Transverse seal-and-cut cylinders form and cut the bag, which discharges to a 295 mm chain conveyor. PLC + Siemens HMI with auto-correction handles film registration; alarms minimise loss.
