Fonctionnement
Vertical form-fill-seal machine with measuring-cup volumetric metering. A turning distributor disc holding interchangeable measuring cups receives bulk product from a Z-type bucket elevator; each rotation drops a cup-full into the fill tube. A Delta servo motor (Taiwan) drives the film draw with precise registration via a fibre-optic color-mark photo-eye (Autonics, Korea). Independent horizontal and vertical heat seal jaws (each PID-controlled to +/- 1 °C) seal each bag, and a cutter cylinder separates finished product onto the conveyor. Coding cylinder applies date / batch via ribbon. PLC + bilingual HMI (Schneider) lets the operator change recipes on the fly without stopping; up to 10 recipes stored.
