Fonctionnement
Eight-station rotary give-bag main machine paired with a ring-shaped distributor feeder. Stations: 1) bag pick-and-place from magazine, 2) date code, 3) bag opening (vacuum), 4) fill A + tap-down, 5) fill B, 6) heat seal A, 7) heat seal B, 8) shaping and output. The ring-shaped distributor evenly distributes product into the rotary turret. PLC + Siemens HMI co-ordinates servo positions, bag presence, fill confirmation and seal sequence; alarms on heater fault and overload. Variable-frequency drive sets line speed.
