Fonctionnement
Eight-station rotary premade-bag packaging machine. Variable-frequency drive on the main motor allows line speed adjustment via the colour HMI. PLC monitors air pressure, temperature controller, bag presence, and bag-open status; skip-fill and skip-seal logic prevents waste of packaging material and raw materials. Stations: bag loading, date coding, bag opening (top and bottom opening standard; bottom opening optional), filling, filling stage 2, heat seal, heat seal 2 / forming, output.
