SED-200KGD-D premade-bag (give-bag) packaging machine, eight-station rotary design. Handles narrow bags 55–200 mm wide and 64–400 mm long with one-touch size changeover. Fill weight 15–2000 g. Design speed 40–70 bags/min
Fonctionnement
Eight-station rotary give-bag packaging machine. Station 1 picks a premade bag from the magazine with vacuum suction cups. Station 2 prints date / batch (optional inkjet coder). Station 3 opens the bag with upper and lower suction cups. Station 4 (first fill) dispenses material only after sensors confirm the bag is fully open — skips fill and seal if bag fails to open, eliminating bag waste. Station 5 is a reserved second fill / secondary dosing position. Station 6 rotates, blows air to clear the seal area, and tamps material down. Station 7 performs the first heat seal. Station 8 performs the second heat seal / shaping. Slot-cam drive eliminates vibration and spring failures at high speed. PLC + HMI provides intuitive operation with one-touch bag-size changeover (under 1 minute) and automatic fault alarms. Oil-free vacuum pump and dust- and water-proof design allow full washdown. One-piece machine frame, repeatedly trued for absolute parallelism. GMP-compliant.
