Fonctionnement

Pan coating: tablet cores tumble on a tilted (15°–45°) 200 mm rotating coating pan driven by a VFD-controlled motor. The atomizing spray gun (type per customer requirement) sprays coating solution evenly onto the tumbling tablets. Hot air (ambient–70°C) simultaneously dries the coating, forming a firm, fine, complete and smooth surface film. The fixed internal baffle ensures optimal tablet flow for film coating. The auto liquid-feed cart supplies coating solution via a peristaltic pump and a dual three-way solenoid valve; a pneumatic agitator continuously mixes the solution at adjustable speed. The insulated cart tank (lined with thermal rock wool) maintains coating solution temperature at 80–90°C while the cart exterior stays at ambient temperature. The cart runs on universal wheels for easy positioning.

Nettoyage et entretien

Pre-production cleaning: clean coating pan and spray gun before each batch. Post-shift cleaning: clean all coating-contact surfaces and liquid cart internals after each production shift. Refer to user manual Sections 5.2.1 and 5.2.2.
