Fonctionnement
Roll compaction (dry granulation): two counter-rotating rollers (240×200 mm) compact powder under hydraulic load up to 25T×2. The resulting compacted ribbon detaches under its own spring-back and gravity, passes through the crusher and granulator, is sieved to the required particle size, and oversized material is returned via screw conveyor in a closed loop. Only the material's crystalline water is used — no liquid binder or secondary drying required. Electric hydraulic drive enables simple, reliable and highly automated operation with sealed, dust-free processing.
