Fonctionnement
Powder material is loaded into the fluidized bed chamber. Cold air passes through pre-, intermediate-, and HEPA final filters and is heated to the required temperature via a heating chamber. The material is periodically fluidized in the bed. Binder solution is delivered by a liquid pump to the spray nozzle, where it is sheared into fine droplets by atomizing air and sprayed onto the fluidized material. Evaporated moisture is extracted by a centrifugal fan.
