Process: 4 rolls simultaneously unwind via automatic air shaft / shaft-less (3/6 inch, selectable) → EPC infrared/ultrasonic web-guiding corrects web position → traction (servo + variable-speed motor) → cross-cut (heavy cast-iron guillotine seat) + round-blade slitting → waste-edge blowdown fan → two-stage motor convey to forward table → automatic stacking & trimming. Full machine PLC + HMI control with automatic tension control, auto-count, fixed-length, and timed/count stop.
