Fonctionnement

The basic working principle is shearing, grinding, and high-speed agitation. Two toothed surfaces move relative to each other — one rotating at high speed, one stationary — subjecting material to extreme shear and friction forces. Combined with high-frequency vibration and high-speed vortex action, the material is effectively dispersed, emulsified, pulverized, and homogenized.

Operating cautions: avoid quartz, broken glass, metal chips entering the mill; idle running ≤ 15 sec; cooling water required during operation; clean after use to prevent material from blocking mechanical seals. Do not use iron hammer when disassembling; use wooden mallet. After reassembly following maintenance, use dial gauge to verify housing bore coaxiality with main shaft ≤ 0.05 mm.
