SED-200BBTCXJ-A die-formed (stamping) lollipop forming machine. Produces spherical, watermelon-shaped, and other custom-shape lollipops at 150-200 kg/h. Compact all-stainless-steel build, 5 kW, 1400×1000×1600 mm, 300 kg.
Fonctionnement
Hot candy mass at the appropriate temperature is fed into a stamping head; reciprocating dies cut and form the candy into the desired shape (sphere, watermelon, etc.) while a stick-insertion mechanism inserts the lollipop stick. The formed lollipops are released onto a cooling conveyor for the downstream wrapping line. Best operated in a 20-25 °C, 55% RH controlled room to keep candy plasticity stable.
