Fonctionnement

Oil or gas burner fires into a horizontal furnace (3085×590×700 mm); combustion gas passes through a multi-pass tube bank with superconducting (vapor-chamber) finned tubes for enhanced heat transfer to the shell-side water. A 26 m² condenser/economiser (475 kg, 1950×1050×500 mm) recovers latent and sensible heat from flue gas. Two parallel feed-water pumps (Taizhou 380V 2-22) supply make-up water through DN50 inlets via twin level systems and check valves; steam exits through twin DN50 outlets. Pressure controllers, electric-contact pressure gauge, twin level electrodes, dry-fire (>180 °C) cutout, and DN40 0.7 MPa safety valve provide layered protection.
