Four-pass horizontal fire-tube design: an oil/gas burner (Riello RS130 or Baltur TBL160P) fires into the furnace (3085×590×700 mm), and combustion gases pass through three additional tube banks before exiting the Φ219 mm flue, transferring heat to water on the shell side. Total heat transfer area ~90.6 m² with a 26 m² economiser/condenser (475 kg) recovering exhaust heat. Two parallel feed-water pumps (Taizhou 380V 2-22) and twin level-electrode systems maintain water level. Over-temperature (>200 °C dry-fire), over-pressure (>1.25 MPa via DN40 safety valve), and low-water cutouts protect the unit. Optional 200 kW PID-controlled electric superheater (Yatai PT100 ±1 °C, Cr20Ni80 elements) raises steam to 270 °C for process duties.
