Fonctionnement

Asymmetric stainless steel V-barrel rotates at 8 rpm around a horizontal axis. The unbalanced geometry means each rotation alternately splits and recombines the powder bed at different rates in each arm, generating intense convective and diffusive mixing. Materials enter through the top inlet and discharge through the apex butterfly valve. Optional internal stir bar, vacuum loading, liquid spray system, and VFD speed control allow fine-powder, agglomerated, moisture-bearing, or coated-blend operation.
