Items move on a Teflon mesh belt through a stainless tunnel illuminated by sixteen 253.7 nm UV-C lamps (600 mm) arranged in a top/bottom/left/right 360° pattern with mirror-stainless reflector walls. UV-C photons are absorbed by DNA/RNA bases, causing pyrimidine dimers that prevent microbial replication (peak germicidal effect at 253.7 nm). A CY-125 forced exhaust fan removes ozone. Over-voltage/over-current/overload protection and fault alarm are integrated. Speed governor (40 W) controls belt speed; 50 A ammeter and 220 V voltmeter are provided.

Nettoyage et entretien

Regularly inspect UV lamps; replace after 9000 hours or one year of use. When replacing: unplug lamp power socket, remove lamp carefully — do not touch quartz glass with fingers (oil reduces UV transmission). Replace with care inside the sterilization chamber.
