Fonctionnement

Items move through a stainless steel tunnel on a Teflon mesh belt at adjustable 0-5 m/min driven by a 120 W stepless motor. UV lamps (253.7 nm) arranged top, bottom, left, right deliver 360° irradiation at >=30,000 μW/cm2 irradiance. UV-C disrupts microbial DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid), causing bacterial death or preventing reproduction — achieving broad-spectrum elimination of bacteria, spores, mycobacteria, viruses, fungi, rickettsia, and mycoplasma without chemical residue. Forced exhaust fan removes ozone (customer-supplied). Lamps require 5-minute warm-up after startup and 5-minute cool-down before automatic shutdown. UV lamp replacement: power off, open top cover, remove lamp box, replace without touching glass surfaces with bare hands.

Nettoyage et entretien

After each use, clean the equipment thoroughly. Regularly wipe the UV lamp tubes (do not touch glass surface with bare hands). Protect painted surfaces from corrosion; apply anti-rust oil to outer surfaces. Periodically lubricate motor transmission parts. Check motor regularly for abnormal noise or temperature (>70°C = stop immediately). Do not disassemble electrical components. Store away from flammable, explosive, and corrosive materials. Only qualified personnel should operate and maintain.
