Fonctionnement

Two opposing conical sections joined to a short cylinder rotate around a horizontal axis at 12 rpm via a WPA-155 worm reducer. Gravity- and tumble-driven convective and diffusive mixing redistributes powders along three axes with no dead corners. Optional vacuum suction feeding and an internal forced-mixing impeller allow handling of fine, agglomerated, or moisture-bearing powders and small-quantity additives. A SUS304 butterfly valve at the apex of one cone enables fast, clean discharge. Charge should not exceed 2/3 of barrel volume.
