Fonctionnement

Horizontal ribbon mixer. Inner and outer ribbon blades on the spindle rotate together — inner ribbon conveys material in one axial direction (away from discharge port), outer ribbon conveys it in the opposite direction (toward discharge port). The convective counter-flow generates uniform mixing in a short cycle time. Discharge via discharge valve at the bottom of the U-trough.
