Fonctionnement
The operator manually places cups (2 at a time) onto the work station. The machine automatically feeds film to the sealing position; heating elements heat stainless steel mould plates to heat-seal the film onto the cup rim (double-sided sealing). A cutting mechanism trims excess film to the cup diameter; waste film is wound by the recovery mechanism. After sealing, cups are automatically discharged to the exit conveyor.
