Fonctionnement
Clean air is heated and distributed through an air distributor into the fluidized bed body. As hot air velocity increases to the fluidization point, wet material fed from the feeder is suspended and fluidized by the hot air stream, achieving primary drying. Material then passes to the secondary fluidized tower for further drying, followed by cyclone separation and bag-type dust collection to recover fine particles.
