Fonctionnement

The drum is mounted inside a swinging rack, supported by four wheels (axially positioned by two retaining rings). Two of the four support wheels drive drum rotation via a rotating power system. The swinging rack is driven back and forth by a crankshaft-swinging-rod mechanism mounted on the main frame; the rack is supported on the frame by bearing assemblies. Materials in the drum are simultaneously turned by rotation and carried back and forth by the swinging rack, producing two-dimensional motion that achieves thorough mixing in a short time.

Check that the interior of the charging barrel is clean and dry before each operation. Remove any sundry from drive wheel areas before starting.
