Fonctionnement

Rotary single-press tablet pressing. Granules feed from the hopper into a forced feeder (304 SS) above the turret. The 7-station turret rotates at up to 30 rpm; at each station, lower and upper punches descend and rise on cam tracks, drawing granules into the die cavity, then compressing them at up to 40 kN under a single roller. After compression, the lower punch lifts the tablet to the discharge ramp on one side. PLC + HMI manage turret speed; thickness and fill depth set via handwheels.

Nettoyage et entretien

Pre-production: clean / inspect punches, dies, feeder, hopper and chamber. End-of-shift: power off, brush out granule residue, wipe interior; transparent cover removes fully for deep clean. Lubrication: routine grease/oil per spec. Avoid solvents on acrylic. Do not clean while running.
