Volumetric measuring-cup metering (interchangeable cups for different fill weights, up to 40 cycles/min) → roll-film color-mark traced and pulled by stepper motor → tube-forming around former → vertical and horizontal heat-sealing (SSR + thermocouple controlled) → 1–3 line ribbon coding → cutter (rotary or straight) → 2-lane bagged output.
