Automatic vertical form-fill-seal: PLC controller; roll film fed with color-mark tracking; tube formed around former; metering screw (replaceable for different gram ranges, with replaceable screw attachments) doses powder; vertical and horizontal heat-sealing bars seal the bag; rotary or straight cutter cuts; ribbon coder prints date/lot. Color-mark optoelectronic system ensures complete logo cut. Auto-stop on film-end/film-out. Bag length and speed steplessly adjustable without parts change.
