Fonctionnement
Screw volumetric metering: metering screw doses powder into formed bag. Roll film is drawn down via servo clamp / roller (servo grip-pull or roller variant), shaped into a tube around former, vertical-sealed, then horizontal-sealed by heated bars (controlled by SSR), cut by rotary or straight knife, and bag length controlled by photoelectric color-mark sensor.
