Fonctionnement

Conveyor screw infeed separates bottles reliably before entering the rotary disc. 20 servo-driven piston metering pumps perform fill-while-moving on the rotating disc. 12-head planetary capping mechanism with magnetically adjustable torque receives caps from an electromagnetic vibratory feeder for automatic pickup, placement, and tightening. Low foam generation due to reliable screw bottle infeed.
