Fonctionnement
Bottles enter via a progressive guide-rail mesh belt, then are conveyed by a large-diameter slow-rotating star-wheel where stainless-steel metering pumps perform tracking high-liquid-level filling. After filling, caps are fed from a vibratory bowl through a simple chute and applied by a 10-head magnetic-tracking screw-cap mechanism with adjustable magnetic force, then bottles exit via roller-type discharge. Touchscreen + PLC controls coordinate infeed, fill, and cap stations with VFD speed regulation.
