Fonctionnement

Substrate is unwound under 50 N·m magnetic-powder-brake automatic tension control (range 3–50 kg) through an EPC (edge position control) device. The web passes through a chrome-plated steel in-feed roller system (130 mm diameter) and rubber pinch rollers (100 mm diameter, 68°–72° Shore) for tension-controlled feeding (3–25 kg range). At each color station (2 total), the shaftless printing cylinder is installed and directly dips into the ink tray (max ink depth 50 mm). The gear-box drives each cylinder. A double swing-arm pneumatic pressure mechanism (max 300 kg) presses the rubber impression roller against the cylinder. The doctor blade (up-down, left-right, and angle adjustable; horizontal movement ±5 mm) controls ink film. Printed substrate passes through a sealed electric-heating closed oven with centrifugal fans for drying. An out-feed traction unit and rewind system (torque motor, max rewind Φ800 mm, tension 3–50 kg) complete the process.
