Fonctionnement

Roll-to-roll flexographic printing. Substrate is unwound under PLC-controlled magnetic-powder-brake constant tension, passes a doctor blade and ceramic anilox roller (Φ85×350×2) that meters water-based ink onto the plate cylinder (Φ85×350), transfers to substrate via the print cylinder, then enters an LED-UV chamber for instant cure, through traction rollers, a second tension control, and finally to a center-driven rewinder. Lateral and longitudinal color registration are manual via handwheels; gear color-set drive eliminates registration backlash. LED UV oven max internal temp 80°C.

Nettoyage et entretien

Remove dust before each run. Lubricate all rotating parts 1-2 times per shift; apply grease once per month. When stopping: clean ink disc, ink roller, and anilox roller; back off pressure between anilox/ink roller and plate cylinder so they leave the print position. Do NOT clean or oil during operation. Repairs and adjustments must be done with machine stopped and main power switch off.
