Fonctionnement
Bottles enter on a chain conveyor and pass under a vibratory cap-drop mechanism that places caps onto each bottle. A 750 W Delta servo motor drives the rotary capping head to tighten caps to the set torque. Photoelectric eyes (Sick/Leuze) detect bottle/cap presence; the PLC (Mitsubishi) sequences the actions.
