Fonctionnement
Vials are conveyed via a dual-track feeder onto an indexing PE dial. Vibratory bowls orient rubber stoppers and aluminum caps; a two-head fan-plate stopper inserter places stoppers, then an automatic cap placer drops caps onto each vial. Two crimping heads with three blades each crimp the aluminum cap to seal the bottle.
