SED-2-2YTG-7 — Turntable-Type Washing, Filling and Capping All-in-One Machine

Bottles index on a turntable. A two-head double-stroke air-blast washer with vacuum suck-back removes dust and particles from containers before filling. Two filling heads use motor-driven rotary valves for precise dosing (accuracy ±0.5 ml); water-based liquids can be self-primed directly from the hopper (which has a liquid-level detection system). A robotic capping arm fitted with a soft-silicone capping head threads caps with adjustable torque — suitable for any thread profile without scratching cap surfaces. Container changeover typically requires no mould change (special shapes excepted). Casters enable easy machine repositioning.
