Fonctionnement
Stand-up pouches are auto-fed into the machine. Each station performs vacuum evacuation, fills with liquid via positive-displacement injection pump, performs nitrogen or clean-air flush (N2 generator customer-supplied), wipes the spout, then a vibratory bowl orients caps and presents them to the servo-driven capping head. Servo torque-controlled capping (speed and torque HMI-adjustable) seals each pouch; finished pouches discharge automatically.
Processus de fonctionnement
1Stand-up pouches are auto-fed into the machine.
