Fonctionnement

Tubes are oriented in two vibratory bowl feeders and delivered to the indexing nylon dial. A pair of peristaltic pumps fill 0.5-2 ml of liquid. Caps are oriented in a third vibratory feeder and presented to the capping station, where servo-driven three-jaw heads tighten with adjustable torque — including a back-spin / re-tighten correction routine. PLC HMI manages parameters; no-tube-no-fill prevents waste.
