Fonctionnement
The SED-2.25FDG-Z uses vacuum freeze-drying: the product is frozen on temperature-controlled shelves (−50 °C to +70 °C), then sublimation drying occurs under vacuum. The cylindrical condenser (cold trap, ≤−70 °C, ≥30 kg capacity) captures sublimated moisture. Shelf heating uses low-viscosity silicone oil circulated by a GRUNDFOS canned pump, controlled via solid-state relays. PLC and MCGS touchscreen manage full automatic or manual operation.
