Fonctionnement
SED-2-2-2YTG-8 interlinked twin-station gear-pump 2-head filler + 2-head inner-stopper + 2-head outer-cap + 2-head screw-cap (core machine of a round-bottle labelling line). Two-head gear-pump filling at 10–15 mL volume with ±1% accuracy. Throughput 40–60 bpm (at 10 mL/bottle). Inner stoppers placed by vacuum-suction with electromagnetic vibratory feeders; outer caps fed by electromagnetic vibratory feeder; servo-driven screw-capping (2 heads). PLC + Siemens touchscreen HMI. The line includes the interlinked twin-station capper, infeed/outfeed turntables, dual-track vibratory feeder, chuck tooling, cap rails and grippers. Compatible bottle sizes: 3 mL, 5 mL, 8 mL, 10 mL. Power 3.0 kW, 380V three-phase five-wire.
